Ardyn Flynt

Dance Faculty

Ardyn Flynt, a familiar name to many of her peers, is one of USC's esteemed first ever graduates and a wonderful teacher.  A risk taker, a rule breaker, and a change maker.  A faculty member of the university and a few others.  Ardyn Flynt joined Wonder Youth in 2023.

Ardyn self-identifies as a "corporeal conversationalist."  She received her B.F.A in dance from USC where she trained concurrently in ballet and house, resulting in keen interest in the synthesis of dance forms traditionally positioned as binaries of one another.  She teaches globally utilizing two movement systems - William Forsythe Improv Technologies and d. Sable Grimes' "Funkamental MediKinetics."  Ardyn has danced professionally for choreographers Amy O'Neal, Juliano Nuts, Ayodele Casel, Ebony Williams, and Aszure Barton among others.  Ardyn regularly works with choreographer Ebony Williams in both dance and creative positions such as DOJA CAT's Coachella 2022 as assistant choreographer, WARNER BROS/UNIGRAM "Collision" Residency as associate choreographer and dancer,  and KID CUDI 2022 Tour Skeleton Crew as associate choreographer.  She was recently the associate choreographer for artist MILLI at HITC Festival, alongside Max Pham.  She teaches and sets choreographic works on students at Windward Performing Arts, Orange County School of the Arts, Orange Coast College, and the University of California.
