Vanessa Ha is the Co-Founder, Board Secretary, and Interim President of the Wonder Youth Foundation. She has been a driving force in shaping the foundation’s mission to make the arts accessible, inclusive, and empowering for youth, contributing significantly to its purpose, direction, and daily operations since its founding.

Vanessa has played an essential role in expanding the foundation’s reach through opportunities such as leading masterclasses at the Kennedy Center and coordinating the foundation’s flagship summer masterclass at the University of Southern California (USC). These programs provide young dancers with exposure to world-class artistry and invaluable training.

She is also a strong advocate for the foundation’s partnership with San Marino High School, a strategic collaboration that broadens access to the arts and strengthens community connections.

Beyond program initiatives, Vanessa leads the foundation’s fundraising efforts and manages business operations, ensuring the sustainability and growth of Wonder Youth’s programs. Her unique blend of creative vision and operational expertise has been vital in building a strong organizational foundation that supports lasting impact.

With a background in creative direction, design, and entrepreneurship, Vanessa has led projects for global brands such as Urban Outfitters, Neiman Marcus, and Coca-Cola. She is a graduate of the Academy of Art University and an alumna of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), where she honed her craft in visual storytelling and strategic design.

Vanessa remains steadfastly committed to carrying forward the founder’s mission: creating a safe, inspiring, and inclusive space where young people can grow through the arts and find their voice. With her open mind and scope of creativity, she uplifts participants by offering opportunities that allow them to explore the variety encompassing art.
